The Brashear girls faced Grundy County in the semi-finals of the Class 1 District 12 tournament Thursday. The Lady Tigers took control early, leading 16-1 after one quarter and 31-10 at halftime. Grundy County came out strong in the 2nd half to narrow the lead, but Brashear hung on for the 48-38 win.
